Methylene blue treatment for anchor worms

Is this anchor worm? Non medical treatment?

Is this anchor worm? This is the only one ive seen for 2 days on one of my comets. I don't have access to chemical treatments like those from tetra etc. Also no test kits ( :'( sad life when u live in an underdeveloped country) I was wondering could it be cured in ways like the heat treatment for ich. For now ive raised the temperature to 28°C and added about 2 tsp. Of aquarium salt.

Best picture I could get.

I would isolate the fish and dose with an antI parasite med. you can order stuff online, usually from any pet store or Amazon. I would also pick up a liquid test kit asap.

Ive tried to order online. Amazon and most popular websites don't deliver in my area. And the pet shops here deliver stuff but don't have the kits or even heaters. All they have is fish foods. That is why I said that I needed a non-chemical treatment. Will mythylene blue help? I could do a drip in that.

So should I use it to treat the worm? I'm thinking of giving both my comets and the two butterfly koi a dip.
And are you sure its anchor worms? I don't wanna stress the fish out.

Questions I have:
1. How much methylene blue (liquid) for 3.7 gallon hospital tank?
2. How long should I dip my fish?
3. Is it necessary to remove the worm before. I dip or will it die off on its own due to the meth. Blue?
4. How do I make sure of anchor worms? No behaviour changes.

No I couldnt. I took it out from the base of it and applied methylene blue. Added 3 drops of methylene blue in the tank itself (30 gal). Will do a water change tomorrow. Water temperature is at 30 to help with the immune response and also aquarium salt. Is what I'm doing ok? I really wish more people would respond. :/

I read about it on many websites as an alternative for hydrogen peroxide. Didnt want to let it be in there too long and get embedded more.
