Meet my new tankmates

Hey everyone,
I'm excited about this new acquisition so I wanted to share it with you all. I present to you the new shoaling Desmopuntius Hexazona Barbs in my 30 gallon tank.

 

They look awesome, and nice tank! Is the photo from the end or is the tank just really tall?

 

It's super tall. I don't think that's enough swimming room for them. I would have stocked with nano fish that would do better in such a short tank.

They could always be relocated to my other tank which is 78x38cm (footprint), 30 gallons. Do you really think my super tall (the one they're in right now) is too small for them?

The rest of the critters will be nano fish for sure.

I do The tank length and area are smaller than a 20 gal high, and that's the bare minimum tank size for these guys (and bigger is better).
