Maybe not worms? Very thin Platy

Lilthuglet

Hi all, me again, not having much luck here.

I have 5 platy fish in a 112l/29g planted tank with 10 ember tetras. Ammonia 0, Nitrites 0, Nitrates <5.0. Water hard, temp c25*C.

A while ago one platy got quite sick, lethargic and clamped fins and not very interested in food, and they all had white poop. I also saw some of them 'flicking' themselves off plants like they were scratching so I wormed them with a flubendazole wormer. The really sick one got much better after two treatments and they all had proper brown poops and no more scratching.

Now (2 weeks later) they are all still energetic and interested and eating well, but the one that got really sick has lost a LOT of weight (see photo attached, his tummy is concave now) and I am starting to see paler poop again and scratching. Is there anything more effective I can use to worm them? or do you not think it is worms? The treatment said to use up to 2 doses a week appart which is what I did.
