Is it possible that my tank isn't mature enough and has killed some of the less hardy additions to my tank? The tank was cycled for about 6 weeks before adding my betta, 4 african dwarf frogs and vampire shrimp. Since I have added a rabbit snail and an amano but 2 of the micro bumblebees I have added had died within 24 hours of being added to the tank (added one after the other). Thoughts?

What are your water parameters? If you didn't keep adding ammonia during the 6 weeks before adding your fish, then you lost the cycle

I did a fishless cycle with old tank water and ammonia additives over the 6 week period.
I definitely made sure my water parameters were on point before adding anything in to my tank in the first place. I distinctly remember it being 0ppm ammonia 0ppm nitrites 5 ish ppm nitrates and than I did the water change.
