Marine Blue Moon or white light or both?

Hi...
I snapped the light wiring of my 100L tank.... typical me bud anyway,

My plan is to buy 2 new light kits for that tank.... Ballast Aqua Light 15watt....

So i'm was wondering... Is their any difference between the white and the blue bulbs?
Will it be okay for me to add both, just a stronger white than blue bulb....

Or does the marine blue moon do something different than the normal white floresent light either than shining blue?


(Sorry if this is a stupid question. Just want to make sure that no harm could be done with the colour mixes or so.)

The Marine Blue Moon light is only for "show". It has no real benefits for plants or fish.
