Male Or Female Planar Betta

Started a betta sorority, but I have one super aggressive betta. Put it in a breeder box for two days. Been doing more research on this type betta and I think it is a male. Any ideas?

Yes, that's a male. He's either a young male HM (halfmoon) or a HM plakat. Move him to his own tank or rehome him.

I'm going to guess that this is a young male betta. I'm not an expert but it looks like a male to me
