Male Guppy Distressed

About 4 days ago I added two females and 1 male guppy into one of my 10 gallons. Everything was fine for the first two days. Yesterday I noticed that the male was breathing much faster and his tail was slightly clamped but not fully. Today when I turned the lights on he's only resting on the gravel or swimming kind of like a shark would. He hasn't been eating as much as the two females. ( I concluded that it was because they're both pregnant and are just getting to it quicker. Now I'm thinking otherwise. ) I will try to get a picture of his tail soon.
Parameters are: Ammonia - 0. Nitrate - roughly 5 ppm. Nitrite - 0 ppm. pH - 7.6
I feel like in this picture you can see how it is slightly folded.

You need to quarantine him, he's clearly sick.

Okay I was slightly thinking that. Glad I have a second opinion now. Thanks.

No problem. Monitor him before giving him any sort of medication, if he's getting better quickly then the two females might have been ganging up and bullying him.
