Male Guppies Abdomen Is Distended, Should I Be Worried?

IMG_1792.JPG my largest male guppy, an orange tailed blue and black one, his abdomen is distended more than usual. The other two males are fine, and there are no females in the tank (unless my pleco is a female, he's unsexed)

He almost looks pregnant. None of his fins are damaged and there's no spots, I may just be feeding them a little too much (as I switch between my parents houses, and my dad often forgets to feed them when I'm not home. I feed them twice a day, only as much as they'll eat in three minutes)
Should I be worried, or is he just fat?

I'm new to the hobby, but I had a guppy that was very prone to constipation and would look like that when he got "blocked up." I'd usually do the old blanched pea trick (carrots if peas weren't on hand), and started offering various fiber-based offerings once or twice a week. Just be sure to cut them small and remove anything that isn't eaten!

Thanks for the advice! I always have peas on hand for my bearded dragon, since they're his favorite. I'll try that out!

Males can get chesty like this from being fed too much protein or fat rich food
They also will gorge themselves if there is a food source in the tank like algae wafer.
Just starve him for a couple days and then feed less, or switch to a more low- fat/protein diet.

I do break up algae wafers and put them in since my pleco eats the crumbs when they dissolve. He likes to pick at them on the way down but I'd never considered that the guppy was actually eating them

That's probably what it is then. It will go down, just don't feed them for a day.
