My betta Toby's fins have slowly been disappearing (for lack of a better term). Now, the fins are noticeably lacking. I'm assuming it is either fin rot, tail biting, or from a plastic plant that I have now removed from the tank. I did give him some Jungle fungal medicine. I stopped giving that to him because I didn't feel it was going to do much. Just to be safe I am going to give him Aquarium Solutions Betta Revive or some almond leaves once I receive them in the mail. And I will be adding some stress coat. I know I've let this get kind of far, but I haven't noticed until recently.

Here is a picture of his damaged fins:

What you think it is most likely to be? I appreciate any help.

It's rot fin, my betta is going through the same thing right now. Get a bottle of Betta Fix or Mela Fix from Petsmart.

You really think so? Darn. Do the fins ever grow back normally or at all?

I think they're supposed to, it just takes time.
