I placed an order with tank dreams on sept 3.
Just curious if anyone else had any experience with the seller.
I contacted him, took a couple days to get a reply, but I did get a reply and he answered some questions for me. Super nice guy. I placed an order on the 3rd and have received no communication from him since the 3rd. The last email was to say 1 of the fish was actually out of stock until the 10th would I wanna wait or replace it. I replied and said a different would be ok. Never heard anything back. So around the 10th when the other fish was supposed to be back in stock I sent an email saying since you haven’t shipped yet let’s just go with the original I ordered. Still no reply.
his shipping days are supposed to be Saturday or Monday/Tuesday. Since I hadn’t heard anything I sent an email this morning and asked if my order would be sent out today or tomorrow(Tuesday) still nothing.
if I dont hear something tomorrow I’m gonna just have to cancel I guess. I’ve been patient, but 11 days with zero communication is kind of pushing my limits of being patient. In 11 days I don’t think a 30 second email to say hey here’s what’s up is too much to ask for.
I don’t know what else to do. As of right now I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them. Communication is terrible and shipping is super slow without explanation. His website says if you order by Friday your order goes out that week either Saturday or Monday/Tuesday.
I ordered early Friday, actually Thursday night/Friday morning. It was Labor Day weekend though so I get it not being sent on Saturday or Monday. Tuesday should have been an option tho and if not this past Saturday or today. Or like I said just drop an email saying you’ve been delayed. I don’t get it.
has anyone else had any experience with them?
I really want the fish obviously and like I said he seems to be a really nice person, but that doesn’t matter in a business transaction.
