I just noticed that my orange sailfin molly has lumps on his body and head( will include pics) other than the lumps he seems fine, eating and chasing the ladies etc.
I’ve included 2 pics, he has 4 or 5 but he’s difficult to catch, very active!

If the molly was all black , or the lump on fins I might have guessed melanoma .
I'll say lymphocystis for your guy .

Dan1o

Thank you for the reply, is it serious? How do I treat it?

coralbandit

Eventually the growths inhibit the fish's ability to swim, breathe or eat, and secondary bacterial infections usually kill the fish.
Taken from Lymphocystis - Wikipedia
Most let the fish just live as there is no treatment .
It may go away by it self ,or may never get worse .Hard saying I guess .
Take good care of your tank and enjoy . Not all fish are the same . Just me .
No meds ..

Dan1o

Thanks , appreciate your time
