Hello, my goldfish currently have an white lump near his top fin, he also has some white lines on his head. I'll attach an photo. I'd like someone to help diagnose him with something and how to treat. (This is the gold fish photo)

And now 2nd issue.
I have an black moor who is on the surface 99% of the time. I also will attach an photo for this.

There is a chance it could be ich- it’s like a common fish cold. I would look that up and see if pictures of that match what is happening with your fish. It’s a little hard to tell in the photos. Otherwise, I would check your water parameters and make sure those are okay first. White lines could be due to chemical issues.

doesn't look like ich. ich is a bunch of little white protozoan parasites.

has your black moor always been that color? does it look like excessive slime or fuzziness?

No, the black moor was almost 100 per cen black at first. Also, what do you think is up with the lump on the goldfish? I'm puzzled

Here is a better photo of the lump, it's raised from the skin an little bit
