Check aquariumcoop or H20plants.com, they have a beginners list.

Here

1. Anubias
2. Any moss
3. Java Fern
4. Vals

And a few more. Maybe check SeriouslyFish or H2O Plants.

my anacharis grows like a weed and some of my tanks don't even have a light. its my favorite plant, looks good in bundles. I just anchor it down with a rock. anubias is also a good plant, it is a very very slow grower but looks great. I really love my anubias nana golden plants but the bigger leaves are nice too. I have also tried java moss, but I can't say its very attractive and somehow I couldn’t get it to grow much, but others say it grows fast. if you're looking for more of a grass, id recommend juncus repens. I haven't gotten it to send out any runners with my very low light but it definitely grows and it looks nice.

edit: oh. you just wanted a website with a list, my bad. either way the plants I mentioned are great!

In my experience anubias grows pretty fast. I got it with about 5 leaves and it’s tripled since then. Sometimes a leaf a week
