I have a betta and it seems he is becoming distressed by the filter I have. I am wondering if there is a good low flow filter for a 10litre tank?

I would also love some assistance on ideas for fish decorations that are safe for betta fish fins that won't cause injury. Please help

If you want a low flowing filter, get a sponge filter. They're low maintenance, make almost zero noise, and are cheap to boot! As for decorations, I always reccomend live plants, but if that's not your fancy then silk plants are safe for bettas, just not plastic plants or any hardscape that has sharp or jagged edges. I would also consider upgrading to a larger tank, since right now you're at the very bare minimum that a betta needs to be happy when it comes to tank size. Remember, bigger is always better reguarding aquariums!
