Monte Carlo. I want to have this plant too but I already have a Dwarf Sagittaria. Monte Carlo is one of the easiest ground aquarium cover plants to grow. It grows well in medium to high lighting.

Pearlweed, you can easily manicure it to the height/density that you like.

 

Subwassertang. If you keep it in place, it can grow into dense clumps that are like hedges.

 

If you are looking for ground cover you have gotten some good suggestions. If it isn't ground cover you are looking for then Java Fern may be the plant for you. I glued several small plants to tiny terracotta pots. The plants have grown enough to completely hide the pots and are about 4 inches tall. They have grown into a low very bushy plant.

Unlike lots of other plants, java ferns grow very quickly for me. Or you may choose Windlov Java Ferns. Once they settled in they are doing very well for me. They grow basically the same as normal java ferns but have more unique leaves. Java ferns aren't planted. They need to be attached to something in the tank. I choose to glue them. Others tie them on.

 

I’m gonna say Cryptocoryne becketii. It’s a smaller crypt that grows almost in a bushlike shape. It only gets several inches tall too. It’s more of a brown/tan plant which is a nice change from the standard green. Really easy to grow, just needs a half decent light and root tabs.
