I have bulbs I got from petco in a 10g tank with a 30g filter to keep up with the slime that is being produced. Will this continue to happen after the plant grows? Is the slime harmful? Is is safe to stock with something that likes strong currents like hillstream loaches?

    Can you take a picture?

Also, are the bulbs sprouted? If not, and they're developing fungus, they probably won't sprout.

No, it takes a couple days to build and it won't be produced if I keep that super strong filter on it. Also, it's clear. I have done lotus and water Lilly before and they all do it, I just don't know if it's safe for fish
