Due to the "shut down" I need a project! I can buy slate to build up a waterfall. Have the water pump, need the hose. BUT, What glue??? I am getting a lot of opinions and I love this forum so I trust advice from here.

Good ol' silicone is your best bet. Many Non-Toxic silicones out there that are totally aquarium safe.

It will secure the whole rock formation for easy removal? Is it strong enough? I'm just doing a small waterfall enclosure

It's what they use to "glue" tanks together. So yes, it's very strong. It can be removed just by scraping it away or using a silicone remover cleaner.
