Team - I've got 5 long finned zebra danio's that are chasing each other around and fanning their fins.

Is this a sign that I should move them to a separate tank? So the have a chance to breed?

I'm not sure about breeding, but they have been known to be aggressive towards one another in an underpopulated tank as well as a crowded tank. Tank details?

    Sorry - They're in a 55 gal. Planted.

    3 x 1.5" Angels
    3 x Swchartz Cory's
    5 x Long finned Zebra Danio's
    Couple of Apple Snails.

Just finished cycling so am slowly stocking tank. So tank maybe underpopulated?

Maybe they are stressed, or figuring out the hierarchy of the school. Or they are stressed from the small school. Perhaps a larger school of ZDs would help

Never kept the two together but are we sure the danios won't be eaten by the angels long term? In addition, 3 angels may end up a pair and a bullied third wheel. Not sure if a 55 will alleviate it, but I'd still see if you can get any second opinions.
