Long Finned Gold Danio Acting Strange

Hello! To begin with, I've had a ten gallon tank for a few years and have had no problems with fish for quite a while. All of the sudden, my Long Finned Gold Danio starts acting odd. I noticed the behavior just recently today. She seems to be swimming in a way where her head is closer to the surface and her lower body is tipped down (I can't send any pictures). It also looks as though she's moving her body side to side more than normal. Her belly looks slightly larger, but that could just be me worrying. If anyone could help me figure out what's wrong, that would be great. Thanks!
pH: 6.5-7.0
Ammonia: 0.0ppm
Nitrates: 10ppm
Nitrites: 0.0ppm
*Those are really the only water parameters I can afford to test. s
There's a Long Finned Blue Danio in the same tank. He seems larger than her by length, but the body widths are the same. I'm really just assuming the sex of both, so please ignore the pronouns I've used. She may be pregnant, though I doubt it. They've been in this tank for nearly a year together and haven't bred. The temperature is also at 78 degrees F, so it's unlikely that they would breed. I'm honestly stumped.

I really can't tell without a picture. Could be dropsy from what you describe...

Her scales don't seem to be protruding and her belly isn't that large. I'm sorry about not being able to attach a picture. I wish I could. Thanks for trying, though.

Could be pregnant? It has got to be harder for them to swim while carrying a bunch of eggs...

I considered that as well. She hasn't improved at all today, but she isn't worse either. At this point I'm just hoping for the best.

Probably is... She probably wouldn't catch a disease with perfect water conditions and no additions of new fish. And if she was dying of old age (I think around 5-6 years old), she would get skinny, not fat.

Good luck!

Yes, probably. She's only a year old. Thanks for the help!
