Loner fish

Anybody know of a small loner fish that wiill be compatible in my tank that will stay around 4" or under. I'm trying to find one but can't seem to. Ideas welcmoed.
O ya I have a hundred dollars. maybe a bristlenose, I'm prinint off a list of 20 some plecos that will fit in my tank and see if Aquarium adventure has any mon., if they do I buy. haha

Not sure what you have but a male neon blue dwarf Gourami would do. I've got one with my corys and swords and they all get along fine.
Or a male Yellow Panchax Killifish. They are surface dwellers and only get up to be about 2-1/2". Very peaceful and undemanding from everything I've read and great for a community aquarium. I suggest a male because the colors are so much more vibrant than the females. They should do fine alone or in a pair.

I would have problems finding a killifish though, never seen one.

I've seen them at Petco......Around $4-$5 I think?
