Lonely Lemon tetra

I recently purchased two lemon tetras at a local fish store. I was going to get five or six, but they only had the two. One of them died of stress shortly after purchasing. Now I'm afraid that the other one will get lonely. He is in with some cherry barbs and seems okay for now. I haven't been able to find anymore lemon tetras. Any suggestions?

I also don't want to buy fish online, because of shipping cost.

I got some from Aqua Huna last month. They're reasonably priced, and all arrived and still are alive and healthy. They sell in groups of 10. Like a lot of places they're out of stock in some items, but you might check.

Check Aqua Huna. Their shipping is reasonable and the prices for their fish are less than retail in stores.

Ah this was going to be my suggestion. I would try to keep stress levels low for the tetra, decrease the time the light is on, maybe give it a cave or some hiding place to go hide in it it does feel overwhelmed?
