Live Rock Prices

I hand a friend of a friend call men a few weeks ago and want me to give a price on a tank and stand , live rock , sump protein skimmer hood with light and so on the tank seem to be quite old 7 plus years or so I offered 2 to 3 bucks a pound for rock and $450.00 over all for the 75 gallon tank stand, rock and the rest of what you need to take care of a salt tank no fish she wants doubble my offering price . My question is was I in the ball park ?
And yes I do have a salt water set up 90 gallons with live rock and know how pricey it is to keep . Don't be shy.

$450 is about right. Some people really don't understand depreciation or the fact that folks don't pay a mint for used in this hobby.
