Is live fish direct a reliable place to buy fish online?

I do not have experience with that site, but I have ordered from blue grass aquatics. I chose them because they are located in Florida which is geographically close to me meaning the ship time is less. I received a large batch of mbuna African cichlids, synodontis catfish, and some rope fish. All arrived alive and well. All except the ropefish are still alive and healthy several months later.

I've had great experiences with them. I've ordered multiple times, all large male peacock cichlids.

 

I ordered 20 mixed mbuna and a rhino pleco from them 4 months ago. Packaged very well and only lost a couple mbuna "normal due to aggression". Very good place to buy from!
