I’m currently treating my 30 gallon with prazipro for tapeworms or ringworms, I noticed about a hundred little white worms crawling swiftly on the glass of my tank, what the heck are they?!

I cannot see the worms clearly, but they seem to be gliding with their entire body on the surface, in which case it should be planaria. They are flat worms and are bad. Really bad for fish, worse for shrimps and fish fry.
There is other tube worm which has one end stuck to substrate and other end free floats in water. Also known as detritus worm. They are okay, and indicate that there is lots of detritus. Gravel vaccume and Partial water changes will solve it.

Both are white in color when you just see them normally.
You can use meds or make a DIY planaria trap. Observe and let us know what it is.

It’s planaria, are they nocturnal? I haven’t seen them today but when I first turned on the lights they were moving around on the glass. Should I move my ghost shrimp to my 5 gallon for now? All I have in there is a red cherry shrimplet and some snails. Does prazI pro kill them? I’m currently dosing my tank with that and I’m not supposed to use other medications with it.
Ok, I looked into planaria and they shouldn’t be harmful to my fish but might be harmful to my shrimp. I’m probably gonna move him to my 5 gallon for now.

Yup nocturnal. Easy Target are shrimp and fry since they spend most of their time on substrate and near surface of glass, bottom, plants, deco etc and sleeping during dark time.
Rarely but yes there are cases of planaria harming fish. I have never used meds so I will not say anything related to it.
Wish you luck on getting rid of them pests.

Ok, thank you! It says prazipro treats flatworms so I’m hoping it helps, I’ve also cut back on the food a lot. I have a KuhlI loach, is he at risk? I really don’t want him getting sick he stays near the bottom and decor and plants.. I’ll probably make a planaria trap, hopefully it helps, I’ve also cleaned the uneaten food from under the substrate so I’m hoping they’ll be gone soon.

.yes. dear loach is at risk. Does prazipro affect the BB? Check that before adding.

I’m not sure what BB is, prazipro doesn’t affect the biological filtration, is safe for scaleless fish, safe for snails, shrimp, crabs, fish and frogs, and treats tapeworms, ringworms and flatworms. I’m already treating my tank with it because of tapeworms. My loach already ingested some because I put a bit of snail in for him (it’s his fav) and he was munching on it but then I noticed a few worms had already gotten on one of the pieces. He ate the piece. Also my ADFs eat bloodworms off the bottom of the tank during the night, so I’m sure they’re riddled with worms. My ghost shrimp and loach also eat the bloodworms before I turn off the lights, so I’m really nervous now. I over fed, so I know it’s my fault they’re there... I clean the uneaten food out with a turkey baster soon as I see that worms got to it and I have a trap set for them. I’m hoping that prazipro and a clean tank will fix it.
