I think it's camallanus worms but i'm not sure
my fish are healthy swimming around and are not showing any other signs of infection
only one guppy does have that little thing
I hope it's not camallanus worms I hate these worms

If they are camallanus worms, you'll need to treat the whole tank (don't take only the sick guppy out and treat him separately - likely all the fish have them). Levamisole is a good choice of treatment.

If you see little red worms coming out of her anus, it's likely camallanus.

sa
I think Fenbendazole also works.
sadly we don't have it aswell
I heard that garlic helps is that true?
and I have aquarium salt will it help?

No, neither of those will help.

What meds do you have available to you? Fenbendazole and levamisole will likely go by different names.

You should look into ordering online, too. A vet may be able to help you, if nothing else.

I searched in amazon but I didn't find anything except this :
Interpet AntI Triops Parasit – Aquarium Behandlung Nr. 12
what do you think?

It doesn't list what's in it, and it doesn't say that it treats camallanus worms.

It could infect the fry, but the treatment should help.
