Amazon Frogbit, or Frogbit, or scientifically speaking Limnobium laevigatum, is a floating aquatic plant.

A great addition to a low flow tank, with minimal surface agitation. Appreciated by many fish species, and able to be successfully kept by an entry level hobbyist given they appreciate the need for calmer surface agitation, quiet flow like sponge filtration, and with decent but not demanding light. Even regular kit LED lighting is enough for this plant to flourish.

The use of additional nutrients is not necessary with this plant but will complement it's growth considerably.
