Lighting Recommendations For A Planted Tank

I'm looking for suggestions on bulbs to buy for my 20 gallon high tank with a 24 inch hood. I currently have an 18" 15w t8 full spectrum florescent bulb in an Aqueon full hood. I'm looking for something I can use for a moderate to heavily planted tank with plants of any light requirement, including high.

finnex planted plus 24/7. I got it for my high tech and I absolutely love it. Super easy to program, lighting levels, ect.

For all lighting levels on a 20high I would go with the chihiros series a, model 601. You can get them on eBay, seven different light settings from low to high (chances are you can have it on the fifth setting and not need higher).
24/7 SE is a great light, but won't get you to high lighting on a 20high tank.

Go to Walmart and pick up a 6500 K daylight bulb for about 5 bucks, that will work for any low to medium light plant. That way you won't need a new fixture.
