I was wondering if I could light my 10 gallon tank with two of these bulbs or if they would be too much, too little, or incorrect color temp. I'm planning on growing an amazon sword or two and some java fern. Thanks!

Provide at least 2 watts per gallon of light supplied by full spectrum (5000-7000K) bulbs.

How do you determine wattage with the bulbs I linked? The bulbs bill themselves as 60 watt equivalent but the actual energy usage is 6.5 per bulb. 13 watts isn't enough for my 10 gallon tank but 120 watts is way more than enough.
