Light to grow medium-low light plants in a 20 gallon?

looking for an aquarium light that can grow medium light plants and also low light plants. also what kind of light do you think the aqueon optibright light is (this is the one i have right now, want to upgrade)? is it low, medium, or high light?

What is the distance from the light to the substrate?

At 12 inches With the Optibright Max you get this:


At 18 inches probably Low to Low-Medium.

So, Your regular Optibright will probably work for Low Light.
