Light Recommendation, Please?

HI there! I'm working on upgrading my setup and I'd love to get a light recommendation. My planted tank experience is moderate, but I know almost nothing about lighting, so any help is appreciated!!

Below is the info about my tank.

Size: 10 gallons

Age: Established over a year

Temp: 78 right now, but I am getting a new heater in the next few weeks and plan to keep it more like 82-84

Plants: 7 assorted types of Anubias, 4 Aponogeton, 8 Cryptocoryne wendtiI green

Ferts: liquid EasyLife Pro-Fito, same brand Potassium (my plants get holes in the leaves if I don't add some extra), dosed once a week with water change. Seachem root tabs once a month.

Current Lighting: LED strip that came attached to my tank's hood. 5-8 hours of light a day. I will be getting a light timer in the next few weeks for more consistent "daylight" periods.

Filter: HOB, no carbon

Fish: none at the moment, but a betta in the future

Inverts: 1 olive nerite

About the lights I want:

Type: I'm open to suggestions. I'd prefer not to get the long tube lights, so I think I'm aiming for a clip-on style lamp. A bulb recommendation is maybe what I'm looking for.

Budget: Moderate? I can do better than any cheapo solution, but my tank is only 10 gallons so I'm not going for the most costly thing either. Under $75 maybe? I'm not sure how much lights cost.

Goal: I'm looking to get that "lush" jungle look from my plants. With my current lights and ferts, I think my tank is half way there. They're living and have good color right now, but I want to encourage more new growth with a light that's actually made for growing plants. I'd love to start growing some pothos in in my HOB too that would lay decoratively around the outside of the tank.

Thank you in advance to anyone that answers!

Clip on lights work best on rimless tanks.

A lot of too large plants for a ten gallon...

Lighting, the chihiros series a, model 501, lower light you will use in the 4th setting.

I have the chirhiro a series 5 colour light. Works great, you can find them on eBay for super cheap.
