these are the four Trigonstigma species.

Is it true that the lifespan of
hengelI is 4-6 years
espeI is about 3-5 years
somphongsI is 4-6 years
and
harlequin rasboras is 5-8 years?

or could any of them live longer?

What is the longest you know of any of those species? I think I might buy some somphongsI and bred them to go with my 16 harlequin because somphongsI is critically endanger, what you think?

 

I have a friend that had some of those live for 10-15 years and she has also had fish that have only lived for a year so it depends on the care for them

Different species of these won't school together right? I am wanting to get somphongsI subspecies because they are near extinction. I already have 15 harlequin rasboras in a 40 gallon breeder. DO you think if I get 15-25 somphongsI in addition to what I have, then they would be happy together or would they become more stressed?

I think that would be fine, I’ve had neons and harlequin’s school together before (had 7 of each tho) so they may school together and apart sometimes
