Leveling Tank Questions

My basement floor is uneven. What is the best way to level the tank on two cinder block pillars? My local fish store said to just use large washers on each corner. Would that be safe? Tank is a 20 gallon long.

 

Can you put up a picture, that would help a bunch.

 

Is it on a stand or are you leveling just the tank. If is on a stand then just something to shine the stand will be more then ok but if you are leveling only the tank is would use something **** more support along the tank to level

it's on a stand made of cinder blocks stacked three high on both ends of the tanks.

 

Washers may work or wood shims that are used to shI'm doors with. Make sure you check front to back and side to side for level.
