Wondering how successful everyone has been feeding their fish lettuce. How do you go about it? Do you wash it and just drop it in do u warm it up and blanch it? I've fed my fish Zucchini with the Amano Shrimp helping themselves to it the most with a little help from the platy and mollies.

I boil it for a minute or two then wrap a plant weight around it. Fish like it but amano shrimp and rabbit snails love it.

So dropping it in raw probably wouldn't be the best idea?

That should be fine. I have just found my shrimp prefer it if is cooked slightly.

Sounds good. I'm gonna try a small raw piece out now and see how it goes. also do you usually use iceberg or? I was going to drop a small piece of green leaf in to see how it goes.

Usually I use romaine lettuce because that's what we have in the house but iceberg lettuce would be fine.
