Do you feed frozen?
Yes, for the bloodworms

Illness & Symptoms
Fish hides in plants or in corners, stays there for hours at a time. Won’t come out to eat, even for bloodworms.
How long have you had this fish?
Almost a year.
How long ago did you first notice these symptoms?
In a few words, can you explain the symptoms?
The fish doesn’t move much and doesn’t eat the food I feed them. As I explained, the fish hides behind plants or in corners, rarely moving.
Have you started any treatment for the illness?
No.
Was your fish physically ill or injured upon purchase?
No.
How has its behavior and appearance changed, if at all?
No appearance changes, just the aforementioned behavior changes.

Explain your emergency situation in detail.

When it first started, around 4 weeks ago (at least that’s when I noticed it), this fish got sick with ich but i successfully treated it. I thought the lethargy was ich-linked, but it seems something else is going on. It has been lethargic ever since. The other severum behaves normal. The picture shows the fish currently hiding.

My initial guess would be that its getting picked on? Are you seeing any aggression from the other tank mates?

Not much aggression in the tank besides curious discus or angelfish pecking at the snail shells, maybe I missed it and didn’t see any aggression, but in the event that there is aggression, what do I do with the fish?

well in my experience if a fish is hiding due to aggression its pretty obvious, the second they leave their corner they are immediately chased by the aggressor. If it is aggression you could remove the aggressor for a "time out", add more line of sight breaks in the tank, or adjust the stocking (adding to a school or group to divide the aggression). But again in MY experience it has been pretty obvious, so I am not sure that is whats going on.
