water P are 0,0,5 , he is alone there. he also has a bit of rigged fins
we moved a few days ago and it started after that,s it might be beacuase of that but im worried beacuse it dosent get better for a few days
What do you reccomend to do? should i start a treatment?

High levels of Ammonia, nitrite and Nitrate can make your betta lethargic. Its also possible that he is not getting enough oxygen in the water. One of my bettas really perked up when I added an aerator. As for the rigid fins it may be fin rot or he may have gotten his fins cought on something.

I would make sure your water parameters are good and that the temperature is good. The API liquid test is what I recommend, just in case you don’t already have it. He might have finrot which could make him feel a little lethargic if it’s bad enough. He also might be very stressed, so I wouldn’t do too much because you don’t want to stress him anymore.
