Lemon Tetras????

Are there such things as lemon tetras? It is a light yellow, with a black/yellow/white analfin and a black/clear dorsal fin. It's eyes are half red half silver. The main body is nearly transparent except for the internal organs. If anyone has heard of this tetra or has any, could you help me.
