So over my morning coffee just now; I noticed my Lemon Tetras were all flashing away and chasing eachother around the tank. The males were clearly dancing to each other and showing off (fins all flared) and these usually sweet shoaling fish are flipping all over the tank.

Their colours (particularly analfins) are popping and look amazing. I could not get great pics as 1) - they move so fast - and 2) I’m on an iPhone 8 so ... you know... colours don’t show so well.

It’s enjoyable to sit back and watch their shenanigans :)

I try to keep an equal number of females so the chasing isn't limited to a few, the males are frisky at spawning time.
