Led Rope Light Questions

So my question for everyone is I'll be setting up 4 planted breeder tanks 10 gallon each on a 48 inch stand. Substrate will include 75% black diamond sand and 25% aquasoil. I have gotten a 16ft led rope light with a 4:1 ratio red to blue it will be suspended 16 in above substrate will this be adequate lighting for foreground and mid level plants?

It's impossible to know for sure without a PAR meter, but generally cheap lights that are not specifically geared towards aquarium plants don't do extremely well.

I looked at the amazon link for a minute, and I do think they will work- but not as a single strand. I think you would need to loop it back and forth so you have 3-4 strands over each aqaurium.
If you look at the photos on the amazon link they are shown installed in fairly dense patterns over the plants.
