I watched a video regarding the addition of land moss to aquarium

It seemed to do well, in the nano tank that the YouTube made out of a pop bottle.....I'm wondering how it would handle a grow-light? I have Irish moss and some generic local stuff in my yard that I could try in a bowl

I'm wondering because for some reason the peace Lily (bog plants) like my tank better than my aquatics do lol

Are you suggesting growing the moss submerged

    That's the question, yes

Probably depends on the moss, but I've kept some moss out from the yard submersed in a plastic container for a few weeks before the water became icky and I dumped it.

It probably depends on the moss and whether it can adapt to a completely aquatic environment.

Keep in mind people also post videos of perpetual motion machines on YouTube ;).

Oh then no, moss likes to be moist but if it gets over saturated it turns dark green, then brown, then it melts away, Id stick with aquatic mosses (java moss, flame moss, exc)
