Kuhli Loaches have Ich

GuppyGal7

My new kuhli Loaches that I've had for a few days and showing signs of Ich. Some of them are extremely flattened and lethargic and I can see small white dots on them. How should I treat it?

Also, is this fuzz some type of fungus?

Loaches usually don't handle meds very well. IMO, the heat treatment is the best option.
Bump the heat up to 86 - 87 degrees for the next 10 days. Do a 10% - 15% WC every other day, making sure to thoroughly gravel vac.
Make sure to provide plenty of flow & aeration.
Hope they heal up quick.

Morning, half the loaches are dead. I think at this point I'll just treat with meds the tank with the intent of protecting the other fish.
My display tank however it I think I'm going to treat with heat. I was stupid and may has cross contaminated it. I have a bucket with a mosquito larvae colony or sorts. I put my at net into it to scoop up some for the qt fish, and then put my display net in it to get some for my other fish. Do you think it's worth raising the temperature in that tank?
