Well 1 week after losing the last of her fry to the corydoras army, my kribensis has laid another even larger clutch of eggs. I'm still trying to decide whether or not I want them or not as last time they laid eggs they defended the territory so well that I was getting ammonia buildup from the uneaten food on the left half of the tank.

So anyone in NE Indiana area interested in a proven Krib pair? Might repost that in buy/sell/trade.

Excellent idea
I moved my three week old krib fry to a grow out tank and my pair laid eggs again the next day. I thought they would be harder to breed than that.

I got 2 pair of kribs a week ago and it took them 3 days to spawn.

Yeah they appear to be as prolific as convicts.

My larger mystery snail has braved the krib nursery cave and has so far evaded attack. We'll see how long that holds out. Wonder if he'll make it to the egg bar for a snack.
