Kribensis Parasites?

I just recently noticed that my male Kribensis cichlid has Brown rice like shapes underneath his scales. there's around five of them, and they do not look like markings to me. I'll try and see if I can snag a picture of it, but he's very camera shy.

I'll try to get another one that's clearer, but it's under the skin not on the outside

 

Definitely looks like a parasite I'd say .

what can I do to prevent this?

 

If so, treat with an antI parasitic med.
Have other members an idea ?
