Kribensis Diseased?

I got my kribensis on black friday. I noticed that 2 of them are breathing quite hard and fast, though their behavior is normal to me, eating, moving, etc. The 3rd may also do it but only a little and not very noticeable, probably only when being chased.
I also see a hole looking thing on the alpha Male's head. Is this hole in the head disease? Or could it be something else?

Mann I hope it's not... the fish looks awesome too and is paired up with the female. By any chance it is and the male passes away, is there a reasonable chance the female will pair with the different male in the tank? ATM, she is aggressive toward him, and does her dancy thing to the other male which has the hole and is also breathing wierd like stated above. The female is breathing wierd also but no holes in her head.

ehhhh I haven’t had luck with that with three fish (she killed the extra male) but In my tank now with one male and the rest females they all mate with him. So it is a toss up.

Where do you get your kribs from? Online? If so, any reasonable shipping priced, healthy fish-ed stores you know of?
