Kole Tang glass pacing (again)

My Kole Tang has been acting strange since yesterday.

Other than when I first got him, he was doing fine. I re-did my rockscape in my 75 gallon FOWLR, but he was fine even after that. Then I added a background to the tank (there was no background before today). Once I added the background he started chasing his reflection, and also violently jabbing his tail spine on the glass (sometimes). Changing the lighting of the room will sometimes stop him, but usually he’s doing this. He also looks like he has a mark on his nose, but its hard to tell. I doubt it’s ich because the tank is treated with Cupramine (that I’m trying to remove).

Any advice?

I’d say since the background he is seeing his reflection and trying to kill his enemy. They hate like shaped fish. I’d also say the damage on the nose is from banging into the glass.

UPDATE

I removed the background, and now it seems to be doing fine. The damage has also healed on its nose.
