Koi Betta Male Or Female?

I just got a new betta fish after my old one (Marvin) died after 2 years. It is a koi plakat that I got from my local pet store. I don’t know how to tell if it is a male or female because of its short fins. Thank you. (PS sorry for the bad lighting it is in a glo fish tank.)

 

If you look in between it's fins on its stomach if there's a white dot it's a female I can't tell from those pics though.

It looks like there might be one, but it mainly stays back if it is one. It is also very skinny kind of like two long tubes. I just saw them come down when it stoped. I’m pretty sure it’s male

Females also have beards. It is a gill extension both sexes have.

This is most likely a male, if the ventral fins are very long (longer than the analfin) and it has no egg spot (white dot just behind the ventral fins, before the analfin) it is male.
