Hello Southern California Fishlorians!

Any of you attend the Halloween Haunt at Knott's Berry Farm ?

My wife and I have made it tradition to go since the 90's and we have fun every year. Every year in August, we start getting excited knowing "The Haunt" at Knott's Scary Farm is only a few weeks away!!

Too early to talk about Halloween?

Please share your photos, stories, or if its your first time attending, I would be more than happy to act as a seasoned mentor on the do's, don'ts and how to beat the crowds.

Last year, we got to see and personally meet ELVIRA! Wow, that dates myself, Huh?! YES! the original Elvira from Elvira's Movie Macabre, remember those scarrrrryy movies ?

Sooo Exited!!

Sounds like a lot of fun! Although we will miss this event, we plan on being there the week of Thanksgiving while planning to be at Disneyland as well.

Elvira is a hoot!

lol, glad I'm not the only one who gets fired up early!! I actually live next to Knotts, and I look forward to seeing Knotts transform into Scary Farm every year. I don't go every year, but it seems like they have toned it down from a few years ago??

We (meaning me...hubby only goes because of me) go to a haunted wood every year. Couple that with zombie paint ball!! Yippee!

Lucy, that sounds like a blast!!! Great "couples counseling" shooting paint balls at each other

This year, they added a maze where your handed a lazer gun and you get to shoot zombies away! Plus, we bought a season pass for all Haunt days! We can't wait, we always have do much fun!

I used to go to this every year when I lived in CA.

The carnival of carnivorous clowns Maze was responsible for 90% of my current irrational fear

You got to meet Cassandra Peterson! That is awesome!

I wanted to be just like her when I was a kid. Dating myself, I know.
