How big of a tank do one of these beasts need? Is 10 gallons to little?

Nevermind. Found a thread, 10 gallons minimum for a king betta. Also no dried food. I'll stick with the traditional bettas

Mind sharing the thread? I don't see why they wouldn't be able to eat regular food and frozen, like all Bettas they need a variety. But they are the same betta, just larger.

In this link, under the feeding section, it says dry food might be a problem, as it is for giants

Giants and King Bettas are different, giants need a 20+, kings need a 10+. I can't get use the link for some reason, but whatever betta you get you'll need to have a well rounded diet. I feed mine brine shrimp around twice a week and they soon will have some live food too. I believe it's the same for kings and Giants.
