Hi, I just made this account and I want to ask a question. Can nothobranchius killifish frys eat newly hatched fairy shrimp as their first food? Many places mentions brine shrimps so will newly hatched fairy shrimps work? Thanks

If they are around the same sizes then yes. Anything tiny and moving is readily accepted by new fry.

Never raised killifish but betta fry are incredibly tiny and I've fed them baby brine shrimp and microworms as first foods. I believe killI fry are a bit larger than betta fry so they should be able to eat larger critters as first foods.
