    Is the table chart of KH and pH a fairly accurate way of testing how much dissolved CO2 is in your aquarium? Or is it not close to being accurate? How do you find your readings?

    The chart is flawed because it assumes that the only acid in the tank is Carbonic acid and the only buffer is the bicarbonate.
    The chart becomes more useful if you can precisely measure the difference in pH between the tank and aerated tank water. Considering the KH to stay the same, the difference in pH is because of outgassed CO2.
