Kenyi Pair?

Are these two fish a male and female Kenyi.

I am starting to wonder about the blue one. If it is, she is not interested in the male at all.

He is about 3.5 inches and she is just a little smaller. The tank conditions are good and I have other species pairs breeding but not these two.
